What are the shipping costs

The costs vary depending on where the goods are shipped to. You can see the costs when you enter the delivery address in your shopping cart.

How long does it take for my order to arrive

When you place your order we will inform you of the estimated delivery time according to your address. During peak season, holidays (e.g. Christmas, New Year) and due to unforeseen situations beyond the carrier's control, delivery times may be affected and may deviate slightly from the average times.

I have not received an email confirmation of my order

You may not have received it for one of the following reasons:
- Your email provider may delay the message arriving in your inbox.
- It may have been sent to the bulk, junk or SPAM folder.
- There may be an error in the email address you entered.
Anyway, don't always have a proof of purchase in your customer account. Enter it and check that the order has been placed correctly. If you have any questions please contact us from our contact form.


How can I return an item

Go to your order in your customer account and you will see the return button. Follow the instructions, send us back, postage paid, the affected merchandise and, if the return is accepted, you will receive a credit to the card on which you made the payment.

I have the wrong size, can I ask for an exchange?

To request an exchange, you must initiate a return, from the affected order, in your customer account (Return button) and add in the notes of the return form that you want to exchange it for another size. Don't forget to tell us what size you want.

How long does a return take

You must send us the affected item, so that we receive it at our headquarters. We must then check that it is in perfect condition. If it is a credit note, we will process it immediately, but the bank may add a few more days to the operation. If it is an exchange, we will send you the new item, which means the usual delivery time. Or we will issue you a voucher for the same amount for you to create a new order for the size you want and we will manage it as a new free order.

How do I create an account

If you wish to create an account, simply follow the instructions after clicking the "my account" button. After entering your personal data, you will be able to log in as a registered customer with your password for each new order.

How do I change my data

To change your personal details, such as password, email address or other details, log in to your account and go to "Account details".

How do I delete my account

If you want your account to be permanently deleted, do not hesitate to contact us through our contact form.
