How to buy at Beatsign.com

Just follow these steps in order to buy a product

  1. Choose section(s) you are interested in (decoration, textile, furniture, accesories) by clicking “Explore” button at the top navigation menu. You may also prefer click “For you” button, which collects our favourites weekly selection.
  2. Browse the product(s) you are interested in. Click on pictures, zoom it to check out details or rotate the image. On description tab you will find information regarding size, reference and price; the following tab shows information about the product author as well as further details for a closer knowledge and at last, you will be able to know fabrication details, materials composition, etc
  3. Select an item and add it to your cart. You may continue shopping or confirm your order.
  4. If you decide to keep on shopping, repeat the process, but if you want to confirm your order, you must sign in in order to finish the purchase.
  5. Once your personal information is completed, check it out and press “confirm”.
  6. Choose between regular shipping service or express, as well as verify if both shipping and billing information are ok.
  7. Payment method selection: Credit car, Paypal, wire transfer...
  8. Confirm your order.
  9. An email will be delivered to your inbox with your order confirmation.

The following countries are currently available to shop at Beatsign: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Monaco, Switzerland, United States of America, Japan, Poland and Canada

What does the price include?

All prices shown are VAT inclusive or other local taxes, but shipping costs that must be accepted by the client.

The product I want is unavailable ¿how do I get it?

Two options at your disposal, first to make a reservation so that the product will be delivered once the shop would restock. On the other hand, as second option, create an alert as registered user; a message will appear on the product page inviting you to be notified once the item would be available again. You can manage “My alerts” directly on “My account” menu, and therefore delete those inactive.

If a product appears as sold out, is it gone for ever?

We do compromise to replace out of stock products as soon as possible; we will indicate accurately its availability. An alert creation is the smarter option to get updated with new product arrivals.

Will I get the product as shown on the pictures?

Of course you will, except those craft products with slight differences on its finishing touch.

In order to start shopping at Beatsign.com it is mandatory requirement to register. It is our duty to give you an extensive customer service and this it is only possible with truthful and complete personal information. You do not have to worry about, your personal information belong to you, we will never give it away neither to companies nor to organizations; besides this, you may unsubscribe at any time letting us know. Once registered, it is not necessary to fill in again the shipping field everytime an order is placed. Furthermore, being registered allows you to be updated with latest promotions, discounts and much more.

How to sign in

Look for “My account” menu at the right top bar and just follow the guidelines, it is a quick process.

I forgot my password ¿What can I do?

If you forgot your password, go to “My account” menu and look for “Forgotten password” section. Enter your email address and your password will be automatically issued.

I already have an user account, ¿may I change my personal information?

Go to “My account” menu and you will find “modify personal information” button.

May I subscribe to your newsletter, getting the latest Beatsign deals and news?

It is a must! Simply click on “Newsletter” and you will receive information about news and events right away to your inbox.

Stop receiving Beatsign email notifications

You may manage your preferences at “My account” menu if you want to stop receiving Beatsign email notifications. Subscribe/unsubscribe from newsletter will appear on the right part if you are a registered user, if not you may manage your subscription at the bottom left part of the homepage only entering your email address.

ORDERS

How to complete an order successfully

Once your order is finally placed, you will receive a confirmation delivered to your inbox. Contact with our customer service team if you have not yet received your order confirmation.

How to track my order status

You have direct access as registered user to “My orders” section in “My account”, there you will be able to track your order in real time.

Remove an item from the shopping cart

It is possible to delete items from your shopping cart as long as they have not been placed.

Order cancellation

You may easily cancel your order from “My orders” section [My account> My orders]. For this, select the order in question and search for “Add a message” field, write to us and indicate that you want to cancel your order. If your order has already left our warehouse or it is a customized item just for you, it will be not possible to cancel it.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

Beatsign.com agrees to distribute products in perfect conditions. If exceptionally your order is deficient delivered, please contact our customer service team and we will happily help you out.

What should I do if I receive a wrong item?

If exceptionally your order is wrong delivered, or simply does not arrive, please contact our customer service team and we will happily help you out.

Refunds and returns

May I return a product if I am not satisfied with it?

Of course you can return or change your products as long as they are returned unused, undamaged, in its original condition and well-preserved tags, if they were. Please follow the guidelines on “How may I return or change a product?” section, we do hope you will be able to sort this out.

How may I return or change a product?

In order to get returns or refunds, Beatsign.com team explains to you several ways for an easy comprehension, as well as some specific conditions you should know.

a) Exchange: Replace one delivered item with another from your purchased orders.
b) Returns: Beatsign.com contemplates two return options:

1.- If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item.
2.- Those returns being induced by personal reasons, henceforth called withdrawal returns.

In either case, every single exchange or return must be accompanied with the proper documentation provided for this purpose by Beatsign.com (Return and withdrawal document).

All items returned must be unused and undamaged, preserving its original packaging in the same conditions it was delivered. In any case, no exchange or return will be offered on underwear, lingerie, beachwear, customized jewellery, perfumes and cosmetics products, neither special edition items thereby indicated, excluding defective products. All customized items won´t be returned or exchanged.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY. SPAIN AND BALEARIC ISLANDS

Conditions: Exchanges or returns must be carried out within seven working days since order reception.

Clothing exchange is only offered for the same item in a different size, color or pattern.

Costs: No expenses are incurred as a result of defective products being delivered to customers. In the case of a withdrawal refund, shipping costs generated in the process will be charged to customers. If return shipping belongs to Beatsign.com and not to the client, all shipping costs will be deducted out of the whole purchase amount of the returned products.

Procedure: First click “My account” and then "My merchandise returns" in order to claim any product return.

  1. Find the order reference due to return, click on it to see further details.
  2. In order details you can see the items you purchased and a checkbox next to each product's name, check only the items you want to return.
  3. Just at the bottom, you may indicate in a message the reason for return.
  4. Click “Product return” to start the order return process.
  5. You will be automatically redirected to “My merchandise returns” homepage and your order will appear as “waiting for confirmation”. A tracking code will be assigned to you, click on it and you will access to your order status.
  6. An email will be delivered to your inbox specifying if the return has been accepted. If the return status changes to “Accepted return, waiting for package”, it means that you must carefully pack it and attach the compulsory return document properly filled in. If the return status changes to “Return denied”, maybe your order is not returnable as indicated in your purchase ticket.  

Beatsign.com refunds will be made within 30 days from notification receipt according to conditions previously agreed. Refunds will only be given through the original payment method, where appropriate. Instead, Beatsign may also issue the customer a voucher for upcoming purchases on Beatsign.com.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY. CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, MELILLA AND EEC COUNTRIES

Exchanges are not allowed.

Online shopping returns will be managed as following:

Conditions: Returns must be carried out within seven working days since order reception.

PAYMENTS

Accepted payment methods

Beatsign.com allows you to make payments using a variety of methods including: wire transfer, credit and debit cards (VISA, MasterCardm American Express, 4B or 4B Maestro) as well as PayPal.

When is the payment considered done?

Payment will be done once your order is confirmed and is an essential and indispensable requisite to formalise it. The transaction amount is the total cost of the items purchased, plus shipping and taxes, minus any promotional discounts.

Check out “My orders” in order to save your corresponding purchase details as a registered user while a confirmation is being delivered to by email.

My payment has been rejected, what should I try?

Please contact our customer service team and we will happily help you out as soon as possible.

Why was my credit card declined?

Your credit card may be declined for the following reasons:

  • Your card may have expired. Check before buying.
  • Your card reached its limit. Check your balance with your bank.
  • Your credit card information was incorrect. Check again please that any field required is properly filled.

How to get a purchase invoice with company details

It's possible only before checkout. It is not possible when you have completed your purchase. Anytime you can go to "My Account" and to select "My Addresses", here you can edit your address, or create a new, and fill data "Company" and "Tax Identification". You can do it also during checkout, then you can create a new address, or modifies the existing one, and introduce your business data. Then select that address as the Order Billing Address. You should do this before checkout because the bill is automatically issued once you confirm purchase.

How to get tax-free

We are not able to provide this option since it is only applicable to items acquired from physical store locations.

Online payment safety tips

When you order online, your personal details are encrypted and sent to a server using the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) through Paypal payment getaway. We recommend you to create a Paypal account for secure payments in a few seconds.

How to react if my credit card is been used maliciously

Please contact our customer service team and we will happily help you out as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

I do not receive an order, is it possible?

Beatsign uses an accurate stock report in order to avoid lost sales or stock-out situations. We will make every effort to ship orders at the delivery time estimated, but sometimes delays do occur because of human errors, computer system failure or during peak ordering periods. We will let you know if we become aware of any unexpected delays.

If a product is not available after placing the order, the user will be automatically informed by email or by telephone. You will be offered the possibility of cancelling the whole parcel or partially.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should be delivered within approximately 3-5 business days, as your order has been approved and confirmed to Iberian peninsula. For other destinations, you will see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order.

Where will my order be delivered?

To your shipping address.

Remember, you may indicate a different delivery address for each order, supposing you wish to send a gift, receive your parcel at the office or because you are out of the city.

How to check out my shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order depends on three elements: the package weight, the shipping method you chose and your shipping address. In some cases, deliveries are for free!

* Shippings to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to special custom costs, depending on the package weight. Customer will assume those additional shipping costs.

Customers must remove items from customs, if not, you will be charged with order return costs to warehouses. These costs will be deducted from purchase returns.

What to do if your order has not arrived?

Click “My account” in order to track your order. Then click “My orders” section, and you will find your order status. If you hesitate, please contact our customer service team and we will happily help you out as soon as possible.

How do I know if my order has been placed correctly?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to your inbox, containing a tracking code supplied by the shipping agency. Thanks to this tracking code, you will be able to track your order from our warehouses to your shipping address.

What if I am not at home to receive my order?

If the shipping agency arrives to destination with your order and nobody collects it, a note will be left in your mailbox. Besides that, the shipping agency agrees to contact you again in order to place a delivery appointment.

The shipping agency may prove that they tried twice to deliver your order, in that case you will be responsible to sort it out with them.

Where can I send an order?

Nowadays, we accepts shipments to Mainland Spain, as well as Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and some EEC countries.

How to use a discount code

Must be used within the check out process. If you introduce it, a discount will be applied to your order. Some of them cannot be combined, so maybe it can affect to old discounts.

My saved products (Wishlist)

Now you may create a list to save all of your favourite products, commonly known as “Wishlist”. As a registered user, you can access to the product page and click “Add to my wishlist”. Then, click “My account” and “My favourite products” to consult your products or “Wishlist” to elaborate different lists.

And you would love to share it with your friends, to know your likes! Both on social media and creating mailing lists. You can also send the url to your friends, allowing them to browse your preferences... so easy! If someone buys a product from the wishlist, it will automatically dissapear to avoid repeated gifts.
